Abstract:

THE PURPOSE OF THIS ARTICLE IS TO PROPOSE A THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL METHOD AND THE PRINCIPLES OF A MEASURING METHOD, AND FINALLY THE CALIBRATION OF LARGE INDUSTRIAL Structures THAT CANNOT BE MEASURED WITH ORDINARY MEASURING DEVICES AND HAVE A VAST APPLICATION RANGE IN ASSEMBLING, CONSTRUCTING, GENERATING AND DESIGNING AND IN GENERAL IN MECHANIC ENGINEERING. THE FOUNDATION OF THIS METHOD IS MEASURING THE HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL ANGLES OF TWO POINTS IN SPACE CORRESPONDING TO AT LEAST TWO SEPARATE BUT RECOGNIZED BY EACH OTHER CAMERA DEVICES, AND WITH THE AID OF A LENGTH CRITERIA. THE ENGINEERS CAN IMPLEMENT THIS METHOD IN THEIR WORKING AND TESTING WORKSHOPS WITH RELATIVE EASE. THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THIS METHOD IS THAT IT DOES NOT NEED A PARTICULAR AND CONSERVED ENVIRONMENT, AND IT DOES NOT HAVE THE COMMON LIMITATIONS OF ORDINARY MEASUREMENT DEVICES, AS WELL AS TRANSPORTATION DIFFICULTIES.

Abstract:

In our country, concrete is commonly used for the construction of bridges deck. But the Heavy weight of concrete decks and the impossibility of making them as long-span bridges deck has caused the engineers to think a new material that besides lightness and ease of implementation can provide a good resistance against applied loads including both dead loads and dynamic loads caused by the passage of motor vehicles and also it causes to accelerate the projects implementation in compared with the specimens has made by concrete materials. Space Structures due to the lightness, ease and speed of implementation, are considered a suitable replacement for deck bridges. Since the variations of members diameter and thickness can affect the behavior of Structures and deflection due to dead and moving loads, so choosing an appropriate diameter and thickness for each member, in addition to impact on Structures behavior and deflection of dead and moving loads, this factor has a major impact on buckling of members. Therefore, in this study by changing the member diameter, are investigate the behavior of bridges deck built with Spatial Structures.

Abstract:

Since the Industrial Revolution, industry has been one of the main factors that have caused changes in Spatial and physical structure and organization of settlements. In this study we have provided an analysis based on documental and survival data to analyze the role of industries on Baghershahr Spatial and physical Structures. The study area included Baghershahr, a town with a population of 56000 located in 4 km far from the south of Tehran city in Iran. In the study besides using a descriptive explanation, we use the structural intersecting analysis in Micmac, and one-Sample T-Test and Friedman Test in SPSS software. Finding show that industry cause many influences in Baghershahr Spatial-physical structure through: extensive changes in land use, creating and extending infraStructures, developing direct and indirect jobs, increasing Baghershar municipality incomes, creating pollution, consuming resources, and etc. Structural Intersecting analysis results show that effective and key variables such as trade function of Tehran, establishing huge national industries, vicinity to main roads, Tehran consumer market, and tax fraude are related to industry in any way. Thus, the variable affect Baghershahr structural changes have a strength relation to each other. According to T-Test, industry consequences have had negative strength impacts on the town Structures totally. The most influence is happen on environmental and physical dimensions and it has been negative. Friedman Test showed that immigration and creating direct jobs were more important variables.

Abstract:

The greatest architectural and urbanism upheaval of the Ilkhanate era is commonly agreed to be the development of such individual urban spaces and architectural constructions that had the sole purpose of introducing scientific information and religious beliefs to the society. These organizations often originated from and followed the aim of religious sites and the celestial leader’s graves and were commonly known as the “Abvab Al-berr” or greatness pathways. In this article, the unique architectural and urbanism characteristics related to the cities of the Ilkhanate era such as Ghazaniyeh, Rab’-e Rashidi and Soltaniyeh and their Spatial qualities will be scrutinized. The survey is carried out by closely examining and analyzing the historical texts, deeds, scripts and documents at hand or detected while excavation throughout these complexes.

Abstract:

Introduction: Aging has negative effects on motor and cognitive functions, therefore finding appropriate strategies to prevent the decline of these functions is necessary. It seems that cardiovascular fitness obtained by aerobic Activity is a physiological mediator that explains the relationship between physical Activity and improved cognitive performance. The aim of this research was to assess the effects of aerobic Activity on Spatial learning and motor Activity in aged rats. Methods: 24 Albino Wistar healthy aged male rats were randomly divided into control (weight: 458±34 grams) and aerobic Activity (weight: 443±40 grams) groups. Aerobic Activity group ran 8 weeks on treadmill according to Brooks et al. (1984) protocol. After the end of physical Activity period, Morris Water Maze and open-field tests were performed to assess Spatial learning and motor function, respectively. Latency and distance moved to find platform were used as criteria of Spatial learning, while distance moved, mobility duration and movement speed were used as criteria of motor function. Results: In Spatial learning, aerobic Activity group performed better in acquisition (distance moved (F1,22=8.59, p=0.004) and latency time (F1,22=7.22, p=0.007)), probe (time spent in target quadrant (t22=2.24, p=0.018)), and retrieval tests (distance moved (t22=2.823, p=0.005) and latency time (t22=3.73, p=0.001)) compared to the control group. Aerobic Activity group performed also better in all indices of motor function including distance moved (t22=2.83, p=0.005), mobility duration (t22=2.15, p=0.03), and movement speed (t22=2.52, p=0.01) compared to control group. Conclusion: Results showed that aerobic Activity improves Spatial learning and motor function in aged rats.

Abstract:

A B S T R A C TThe right to the city in urban development goes beyond the physical form and, at the same time, has a mental and social meaning, which has been popularized in planning theory and urban studies after its proposal by Lefebvre. This theory focuses on the residents and the distinctive features of the space and believes that the right to the city can only be formulated as the right to the evolved and renewed urban life. Based on descriptive-explanatory purpose, this research seeks to Spatially analyze the components of right to the city in Bandar Abbas. Therefore, after collecting 77 subjective and objective measures around the research components, the multi-criteria decision-making technique of COPRAS has been exploited to integrate the data in the ArcMap Tools. The findings show that in the current state of urban development in Bandar Abbas, the right to the city in all its aspects, the right to ownership, the right to participation and the right to difference for the residents have been weakened and ignored. A share of up to 20.7% of the city space, which is mainly directed to the wealthy neighborhoods and parts of the central areas of the city, as well as parts of new developments, the right to the city has been more manifested, and in about 19.8% of the city spaces. Mainly applicable to informal settlements and slums of the city, this right has been undermined and ignoredExtended AbstractIntroductionThe right to the city as a physical, mental and social concept seeks a fundamental change in dealing with urban planning and development issues, which has been popularized in planning theory and urban studies after its proposal by Lefebvre. This theory focuses on the residents and the distinctive features of the space and believes that the right to the city can only be formulated as the right to the evolved and renewed urban life. In other words, this theory is a call for the priority of the consumption value of the city against its exchange value, which can only be pursued through the analysis of urban issues in the framework of the "city space" metaphor in the right to the city. It is a fundamental change in the city to create opportunities and space for citizens to meet and achieve their needs. MethodologyFrom a descriptive-explanatory purpose, this research seeks to Spatially analyze the explanatory components of urban development in Bandar Abbas from the perspective of the right to the city. In this research, by collecting 77 subjective and objective measures, the COPRAS multi-criteria decision-making technique has been used to integrate data in the ArcMap environment. Citizens are the source of mental data, official documents and maps are the objective data, and experts are the relative weight of the criteria. It should be mentioned that to guarantee the validity of the content based on the guidance of supervisors and advisors, the collective opinion of university experts and the use of similar studies were exerted. The reliability of the questionnaire was also tested by Cronbach's alpha method, and the value of the alpha coefficient (0.866) indicates the high reliability of the questionnaire. Results and discussionThe findings show that in the current state of urban development in Bandar Abbas, the right to the city in all its aspects, including the right to possession, the right to participation, and the right to difference for the residents, has been weakened and ignored. A review of the findings shows that the social function of the city's real estate and land, with a coefficient of 0.136, followed by environmental justice, with a coefficient of 0.131, has the greatest impact on the urban development of Bandar Abbas. On the other hand, socio-Spatial justice in the process of taking over space, with a coefficient of 0.106, shows the lowest level of influence in the development of Bandar Abbas compared to other components of the right to the city. The results show that about 20% of the area of Bandar Abbas city is in a very unfavorable situation compared to the components of urban development based on the right to the city approach. These areas of the city are spaces where the residents' right to the city has been severely denied, and they are deprived of taking over the city space. In this regard, the results show that 20.7% of the city's space, mainly focused on wealthy neighborhoods, parts of the city's central areas, and parts of Mehr's housing, has the right to a greater manifestation of the city. The city's space is more in line with its residents. As shown in the Spatial distribution of the urban development components of Bandar Abbas based on the right to the city approach, the possession of space through the right to presence, the accessibility of residents to the opportunities and resources of the city, as well as the fair distribution of facilities and services play a decisive role in urban development. However, as the results show, it is the difference that gives meaning to the urban space, and therefore the space must provide the conditions for the city to play a role in meeting the needs of all city groups. The requirement of this role is the central position of the residents in making decisions about the city space, which is a unique way to realize the right to the city. ConclusionAs Brenner states, the right to the city is a call to create "cities for people, not for profit." In this definition, urban development is more than a physical thing and has a mental and social dimension at the same time. In terms of the right to the city, the right to possession, the right to participation, and the right to difference form the trinity of urban development and the guiding light of these three principles that determine the quality of a different city. Unfortunately, urban development in Bandar Abbas has weakened and denied residents' rights. The zoning resulting from the Spatial analysis shows that about 19.8% of the city's spaces, which mainly correspond to informal settlements and poor neighborhoods, this right has been weakened and ignored. From the theoretical aspect of the right to the city, this event originates from the space as an economic and physical thing exchanged in the market, not a consumption thing formed by the citizens and in social interaction with the space. FundingThere is no funding support. Authors’ ContributionAuthors contributed equally to the conceptualization and writing of the article. Abstract:

This study focuses on the investigation of intelligent form-finding and vibration analysis of a triangular polyhedral tensegrity that is enclosed within a sphere and subjected to external loads. The nonlinear dynamic equations of the system are derived using the Lagrangian approach and the finite element method. The proposed form-finding approach, which is based on a basic genetic algorithm, can determine regular or irregular tensegrity shapes without dimensional constraints. Stable tensegrity Structures are generated from random configurations and based on defined constraints (nodes located on the sphere, parallelism, and area of upper and lower surfaces), and shape finding is performed using the fitness function of the genetic algorithm and multi-objective optimization goals. The genetic algorithm's efficacy in determining the shape of Structures with unpredictable configurations is evaluated in two distinct scenarios: one involving a known connection matrix and the other involving fixed or random member positions (struts and cables). The shapes obtained from the algorithm suggested in this study are validated using the force density approach, and their vibration characteristics are examined. The findings of the comparative study demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed methodology in determining the vibrational behavior of tensegrity Structures through the utilization of intelligent shape seeking techniques.

Abstract:

Extended family were formed by several related families living together in traditional Iranian houses. Authority, defined as the ability to influence others to fulfill the wishes of the decision-maker, affected the Activity and Spatial Structures of the homes of these extended families. The aim of this research is to identify the Activity and Spatial Structures of the aristocratic houses of the Qajar era, formed based on kinship relations and the authority of family members. Therefore, the main question of is what the effects of kinship and authority of family members are on the functional and Spatial Structures of traditional houses. The research method is descriptive-analytical, interpretive-historical and phenomenological; Thus, by descriptive-analytical method, kinship relations in mansions in Qajar era and the factors affecting the establishment of authority in the traditional Iranian family system have been studied. The examples of these patterns in the Activity and Spatial systems of traditional houses are explained. [In-depth interviews were conducted with members of the Amini family in Qazvin, which examined the effects of kinship and authority among members on Amini's Activity and Spatial systems using the phenomenological method. The results show that contrary to the common perception of the masculine system, women had considerable authority within the inner space; And the authority among women was hierarchical, upon which the Spatial system of the house was organized. Also, the spacial system of the house provided various forms of privacy for the collective activities of relatives.

Abstract:

PASS is used as a powerful tool to predict the biological Activity spectrum of compounds for new drug discovery. However, PASS potential is still underestimated when predicting the biological Activity spectrum of natural products. Therefore, in the present work, some crystal Structures of Schiff bases derived from hydrazide were collected and biological properties of these compounds including antibacterial, antimycobacterial, anti-helicobacter pylori, and antiviral (picornavirus) properties were investigated by this software. PASS can also be used to predict side effects in the studied chemical compounds. PASS analysis showed that these compounds had antimycobacterial property with improved inhibitory power. The molecular docking of the studied compounds was also performed to determine the binding affinity and predict the intermolecular interactions of the molecules in the target protein (PDB: 2BM7). Molecular docking studies showed significant binding of the ligand with the selected target.
